MODULA Sync Engine synchronizes Shopify store data with the merchant’s configured SAP Business One environment.

Data we process

Depending on the merchant’s configuration, we process customer, order, product, inventory, fulfillment, and payment-related synchronization records.

Security and retention

Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain synchronization records only while the merchant account requires them and remove Shopify-linked data when the shop is redacted or the retention period expires.

Your rights

Shopify privacy requests are handled through Shopify’s compliance webhooks. For questions or deletion requests, contact the merchant or our support team.
